Once the design is approved by the buyer, our CAD team will convert it to a custom and accurate 3-dimentional technical drawing.
Once the technical drawing is complete, our R&D team will create a 1:1 sample for testing and quality control.
Over the past 30 years, we have developed a specialized positive pressure room to allow for a perfect finish of each wooden piece of furniture.
After the sample has been tested and approved by the buyer, our team will conduct a pilot run to ensure a quality mass scale production.
We apply lean system in our production process that reduces waste and streamlines production to provide a quality product that is delivered in a timely manner at a competitive price.

The wood material we use come from a certified legal and sustainable source. We are also SVLK (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu or Timber Legality) certified.
We are certified in both FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certifications).
